- Conduct comprehensive financial modeling, analysis, and due diligence to assess project viability, risks, and returns.
- Structure innovative and competitive financing solutions, including debt, equity, and hybrid instruments, tailored to specific project requirements.
- Prepare detailed credit proposals, investment memoranda, and presentations for internal credit committees and external stakeholders.
- Negotiate term sheets, financing agreements, and other legal documentation with clients, lenders, and legal counsel.
