Supervise whole spices, cleaning, grading and packing operations.
Manage packing team (helper and machine operators).
Ensure correct weight packing (100g,200g,500g,1kg, bulk)
Maintain daily production records.
Monitor stock of whole spices (inward and outward)
Coordinate with purchase team for low stock alerts.
Ensure FIFO system implementation.
Maintain hygiene and FSSAI compliance.
Minimize wastage and packing losses.
Maintain proper labeling and batch control.
