Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Team Lead to lead a development team in designing, building, and delivering scalable enterprise applications. The role requires strong expertise in the Microsoft technology stack, leadership skills, and a passion for driving innovation through modern development practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of .NET developers.
- Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and architectural recommendations.
- Design and develop secure, scalable, and high-performance applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned with business goals.
- Drive technology innovation through R&D, POCs, and adoption of emerging technologies.
- Ensure project delivery, resource planning, risk management, and team development.
Required Skills
- C#, ASP.NET MVC/Core, .NET Framework,
- REST APIs, Entity Framework/Core, LINQ, Dependency Injection, Design Patterns
- Microservices architecture
- JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Angular or React
- SQL Server, database design, query optimization
- Azure (preferred) or AWS, CI/CD, Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes (nice to have)
- Git, Jira, Agile/Scrum, Unit Testing frameworks
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with enterprise architecture and cloud-native applications
- Azure certifications preferred
- Exposure to AI, automation, and modern software engineering practices
