Position Overview
As our Social Science Faculty, you will be responsible for making History, Geography, Civics, and Economics come alive for our students. Your goal will be to simplify complex concepts, connect historical events to current affairs, and prepare students thoroughly for school and board examinations.
Key Responsibilities
Curriculum Delivery: Plan and deliver engaging, highly interactive lessons in History, Civics, Geography, and Economics for Middle and High School classes.
Concept Mastery: Break down dense theoretical concepts into easy-to-digest summaries, using real-world examples and interactive discussions.
Exam Preparation: Design mock tests, evaluate student performance, and provide constructive feedback to improve board exam readiness.
Resource Creation: Develop high-quality study materials, crisp revision notes, and mind-maps to aid student retention.
Student Support: Identify learning gaps in individual students and provide dedicated doubt-solving or remedial support.
What We Are Looking For
Educational Background: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in History, Geography, Political Science, Economics, or Education (B.Ed. is a strong plus).
Subject Expertise: A rock-solid understanding of the school curriculum [e.g., CBSE, ICSE, or State Board] and current exam patterns.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to hold a classroom's attention.
Tech-Savvy: Comfort using modern teaching aids, presentations, and online learning tools if required.
Empathy & Patience: A genuine love for teaching and a student-first attitude.
