A Senior SEO professional leads the development and execution of advanced search engine optimization strategies to boost organic traffic, improve search rankings, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business goals.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience insights.
- Perform on-page optimization (titles, meta, headers, content, images) and technical SEO (site speed, crawlability, schema, mobile-friendliness, Core Web Vitals).
- Build and manage off-page SEO efforts, including high-quality link building and digital PR.
- Analyze performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc., and provide actionable reports & recommendations.
- Audit websites, fix issues, and optimize site architecture/internal linking.
- Collaborate with content teams to create SEO-friendly, user-focused content.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm changes, SEO trends, and best practices.
- Lead a team of SEO specialists and handle client/stakeholder communication.
Requirements
- 4-6+ years of proven experience in SEO (with demonstrated results in traffic & ranking growth).
- Strong knowledge of on-page, technical, and off-page SEO.
- Proficiency in SEO tools (Google Analytics/Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.).
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
