We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to help grow our website development and design business by bringing new clients and projects.
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and acquire new IT projects for Website Development & Website Designing
- Reach out to potential clients through different channels including LinkedIn, Fiverr, Upwork, email outreach, social media, and other online platforms
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up with prospects
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends
- Meet monthly sales and project acquisition targets
Requirements:
- Experience in Business Development / IT Sales / Lead Generation
- Knowledge of website development and design services
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Experience using platforms like LinkedIn, Fiverr, Upwork, or similar channels
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and bring qualified leads
Preferred:
- Previous experience in an IT company, agency, or web services business
- Understanding of WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce, or custom web development services

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
