Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Sales Head / Portal Operations Manager to manage customer inquiries, sales activities, and portal operations through our HouseLink360 platform. The candidate will be responsible for handling portal-based customer requirements, coordinating with teams, tracking sales activities, and ensuring smooth portal operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor customer inquiries received through HouseLink360.
- Handle portal operations, customer records, and sales data management.
- Coordinate with customers regarding property requirements and available listings.
- Willingness to travel for builder meetings, project visits, and business coordination activities.
- Update and maintain property information, customer details, and transaction records in the portal.
- Track inquiry status and ensure timely follow-up by the sales team.
- Generate and analyze portal reports related to sales and customer activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service and sales processes.
- Monitor portal performance and suggest process improvements.
- Manage and guide the sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure accurate documentation and record maintenance.
Required Skills
- Experience working with CRM, ERP, or real estate portals.
- Strong knowledge of sales operations and customer management.
- Good communication and team management skills.
- Ability to manage reports, customer databases, and portal activities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and computer applications.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
Qualification
- Any Graduate / MBA Preferred.
- Experience in sales operations, portal management, or real estate administration.
- Experience in handling customer data, sales tracking, and portal management is mandatory.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
