We are hiring for the position of Plant-Head with hands on experience in SG and CI casting and Brake drum manufacturing. The ideal candidate must have 3-4 years of relevant experience in the automotive foundry or component manufacturing sector, with strong leadership and plant operations management skills.
- Key Responsibilities : Oversee day-to-day plant operations including production,maintenance, and manpower. Manage and monitor SG & CI casting processes for Brake drum components. Ensure production targets,quality and timelines are met. Cordinate with design,quality and supply chain teams, implement safety and efficieny measures in the plant.
