Job Description – HR Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment activities including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records.
- Support onboarding processes, employee documentation, and HR database management.
- Maintain attendance records, leave management, and employee files.
- Assist in HR operations, employee engagement activities, and internal communications.
- Coordinate with different departments for HR-related requirements.
- Support training programs, performance management activities, and HR reports.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
Skills Required:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle employee information.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Human Resourcesrelated field
Pay: ₹15,000.91 - ₹20,000.16 per month
