Job Profile
We are looking for an experienced professional who can manage and accelerate growth of assigned vertical. Primary responsibility of this role will be to create brand awareness of the company and gaining traction among the shippers to drive overall top-line with profitability. This role includes directly working with co-founders of the company and stretagise gain market share.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for all activities of assigned vertical from client acquisition to ontime receivables
In-charge of maximizing sales & profitability of the company as per company guidlines and policies
Execute the sales strategy of the company and take responsibility of achieving the assigned targets
Meet with important clients and scout for potential prospects regularly
Establishes and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand
Build relationship with clients by serving quality service; doing business only for profit at per unit
Capability to handle challenge or crisis during peak season
Ensure that each team member meets individual targets and the overall sales & profit targets of the company
Excellent Interpersonal Communication, Management and Negotiation Skills;
Resilient to deliver in Startup; travelling across India
Skills:
Previously worked in corporate office and handled MNC clients;
Who have a passion to grow; can deliver results with ownership
Leadership skill sets to handle team: prior team management experience is a must
MBA in marketing from a reputed regular college; excellent command over written and spoken English
Candidate from Auto Industry is preferred; candidates from Logistics sector 'Do Not Apply'
