About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Team Lead to lead a team of approximately 5 Academic Counsellors/Sales Executives.
This is a leadership role for someone who can drive performance, build a disciplined sales culture, and consistently achieve team targets.
Experience Required
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Team Lead (Mandatory)
- Experience in the Education / EdTech industry will be given preference.
- Candidates without team lead experience need not apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of around 5 sales executives.
- Monitor daily calls, follow-ups, conversions, and overall team performance.
- Ensure every lead is handled professionally and on time.
- Coach team members to improve communication, counselling, and closing skills.
- Conduct daily review meetings and performance tracking.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets through effective team management.
- Maintain discipline, accountability, and a high-performance work culture.
- Coordinate with management and submit regular performance reports.
Required Skills

- Proven ability to achieve sales targets through team performance.
- Excellent communication and coaching abilities.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Experience working with CRM systems is an added advantage.
- Ability to solve problems quickly and make data-driven decisions.
