We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Personal Assistant to the CEO to support both professional and personal tasks. This is a dynamic role that combines executive-level assistance with personal support, requiring flexibility, discretion, and a proactive approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Manage calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements (flights, hotels, transfers)
- Screen calls, emails, and correspondence; prioritize and respond on behalf of the CEO
- Prepare reports, presentations, official documents, and meeting briefs
- Take dictation and maintain detailed meeting minutes
- Handle personal errands such as shopping, pickups, or other daily tasks
- Maintain and organize files, supplies, and office systems
- Conduct research for projects or upcoming meetings
- Handle confidential documents with utmost professionalism and discretion
- Provide flexible support based on CEO’s evolving needs
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, and shorthand
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under pressure
- Trustworthy, professional, and discreet with sensitive information
- Willingness to travel with the management team as and when required
