Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive who can identify new business opportunities, build relationships with brands and marketing teams, and generate revenue for the company through creative and media services.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a proactive approach to client acquisition, and an understanding of advertising, branding, and digital marketing services.
Key Responsibilities :
Client Acquisition
- Identify and approach potential clients including brands, corporates, startups, and marketing teams.
- Generate new business opportunities for services such as:
- Ad Films
- Corporate Films
- Branding & Design
- Social Media Campaigns
- Digital Marketing
- Animation & Video Production
Lead Generation
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, industry contacts, and outreach.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
Sales & Pitching
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable creative solutions.
- Present company capabilities, portfolios, and proposals to clients.
- Negotiate project scope, pricing, and timelines.
Client Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Coordinate with internal creative and production teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Revenue Targets
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets through successful client acquisition and project closures.
Market Research
- Track industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities in advertising, branding, and media production.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to pitch creative services confidently
- Good negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Understanding of advertising, marketing, or media industry
- Self-driven and result-oriented approach
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in:
- Advertising agencies
- Digital marketing agencies
- Media sales
- Production houses
Compensation
- Annual CTC: ₹4.8L – ₹6L (based on experience)
- Performance incentives based on revenue generated.
