Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate, caring, and enthusiastic Pre-Primary School Teacher to create a safe, engaging, and stimulating learning environment for young children. The ideal candidate should foster children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development through play-based and activity-based learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities.
- Create a positive, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Encourage children's creativity, curiosity, and independent learning.
- Monitor and assess each child's progress and maintain developmental records.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and well-being.
- Organize classroom activities, celebrations, and learning events.
- Ensure the safety, hygiene, and well-being of all children.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and school management.
- Prepare teaching aids and maintain classroom displays.
- Follow the school's curriculum and teaching standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (Diploma/Degree in Early Childhood Education is preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Passion for working with young children.
- Creative, patient, energetic, and caring personality.
- Basic computer skills.
- Previous preschool teaching experience is preferred but enthusiastic freshers are welcome to apply.
