Require a dedicated Health Coordinator with experience in planning, coordinating, and evaluating health programs. Skilled in health education, stakeholder engagement, data management, and program monitoring. Committed to improving health outcomes through effective collaboration, community outreach, and evidence-based health initiatives. The Health Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing health-related programs and services to improve community / organizational health outcomes. The role is desired to exist in hospitals & clinics, public health services conducted by the organization.
Primary Purpose: To coordinate health programs, ensure effective delivery of healthcare services, promote health education, and support the achievement of public health services in order to meet organizational health objectives.
Key Responsibilities:-
- · Plan, implement, and monitor health programs and initiatives.
- · Coordinate with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and stakeholders.
- · Conduct health assessments and identify community and organizational health needs.
- · Organize health awareness campaigns, workshops, and training sessions.
- · Maintain health records, reports, and program documentation.
- · Monitor program performance and prepare evaluation reports.
- · Ensure compliance with health regulations, policies, and standards.
- · Manage program budgets and resources as and when required.
- · Support patients, clients, or community members by connecting them with appropriate health services.
- · Collect and analyze health data to support decision-making.
Required Qualifications:-
- · Bachelor's degree in Public Health/ Health Administration /Nursing/Social Work/ Community Health/ related field.
- · Master's degree may be preferred for senior positions.
