Role Purpose
Design and execute the complete 360° marketing campaign for the school's launch — building brand visibility across Gurugram and generating a qualified enquiry pipeline for the admissions in-charge.
Key Responsibilities
- 360° campaign strategy: Build the launch marketing plan and calendar covering digital, outdoor, print, radio, BTL activations and PR; own the budget and vendor ecosystem.
- Digital & performance: Run lead-generation campaigns on Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and YouTube; manage landing pages, SEO and the school website; track CPL and lead quality with the admissions in-charge.
- Outdoor (OOH): Plan hoardings, gantries, mall/market branding and society gate branding across SPR, Golf Course Ext. Road, Sohna Road and New Gurugram sectors.
- BTL & alliances: Execute RWA/society activations, pre-school tie-ups, mall kiosks, community events, corporate-park outreach and referral programs.
- Content & social: Manage social media presence, content calendar, parent testimonials, teacher spotlight videos and influencer/mom-blogger collaborations.
- PR: Handle press releases, media relations, education supplements and launch-event coverage.
- Analytics: Publish weekly dashboards — spend, leads, CPL, source-wise conversion — and iterate the media mix accordingly.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
