Role Overview
We are looking for a highly technical Business Analyst who can bridge business and engineering teams while driving CRM, SaaS, workflow automation, and integration initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical capabilities along with practical understanding of APIs, middleware, JavaScript, system integrations, data models, and Agile delivery processes.
The role requires deep involvement in requirement gathering, workflow architecture, dependency mapping, technical impact analysis, and collaboration with engineering teams to build scalable business systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications. Design and document end-to-end workflows across CRM, SaaS applications, middleware, and web platforms.
- Create process flows, dependency maps, system diagrams, and integration documentation.
- Work closely with engineering teams during sprint planning, grooming, reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
- Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements.
- Analyze downstream impacts of system changes, integrations, and workflow modifications.
- Collaborate on API design discussions and integration strategies.
- Support product, engineering, and leadership teams in prioritization and roadmap planning.
- Ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability of business systems.
Mandatory Skills
- 4+ years of experience as Technical Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Product Analyst, or Business Systems Analyst.
- Experience working on SaaS products, CRM platforms, ERP systems, or workflow automation solutions.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum ceremonies.
- Practical knowledge of JavaScript and Middleware/Integration Layers.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, API authentication, and API integrations.
- Knowledge of Rate Limiting and Idempotent APIs.
- Understanding of API Requests, Webhooks, and Event-Driven Architecture.
- Experience with Sandbox, UAT, Staging, and Production environments.
- Understanding of VPN concepts, Static IPs, Network Security, and Environment Configuration.
- Experience with Dependency Mapping and Impact Analysis.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
Data & Architecture Knowledge
- Snowflake Schema vs Star Schema.
- Data Modelling and Database Design Concepts.
- Workflow Architecture and System Design. Integration Architecture.
- Business Process Mapping.
- ER Diagrams and Data Flow Diagrams.
Preferred Experience
- Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, SAP, or similar platforms.
- Middleware tools and integration platforms.
- Cloud-based or Serverless systems.
- FinTech, Solar, Logistics, CRM, ERP, or Enterprise SaaS domains.
- Experience working with international stakeholders.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
