We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecaller to join our educational institute. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective students, explaining our courses and services, generating qualified leads, scheduling counselling sessions, following up with enquiries, and converting leads into admissions. The role requires handling inbound and outbound calls professionally, maintaining accurate records in the CRM, addressing student and parent queries, achieving daily and monthly calling and conversion targets, and coordinating with the counselling and admissions team to ensure a seamless enrolment process. Candidates should possess excellent communication and persuasion skills in English and Malayalam (additional languages are an advantage), basic computer proficiency, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to build rapport with prospective students. Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, or the education sector is preferred, though motivated freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
