Job Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems related to HVAC equipment.
- Operate and maintain AHU, AC, Chiller, VAM, Cooling Towers, and ventilation systems.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of HVAC electrical components.
- Troubleshoot motors, contactors, relays, MCC/PCC panels, VFDs, sensors, and control circuits.
- Check electrical wiring, power supply, earthing, and control panels.
- Diagnose electrical faults and minimize HVAC equipment downtime.
- Maintain preventive maintenance records and breakdown reports.
- Follow electrical safety procedures, PPE requirements, and site safety standards.
- Coordinate with HVAC, mechanical, and maintenance teams for equipment repair and servicing.
Candidate Profile
- Qualification: ITI / Diploma – Electrical preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience as an HVAC Electrician.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC electrical maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Good understanding of Chiller, AHU, VAM, motors, VFD, MCC/PCC, and control panels.
- Ability to work in an industrial/site environment and shifts.
- Good knowledge of electrical safety practices.
