Raksham Healthcare Services is a Dehradun-based healthcare company committed to delivering reliable healthcare support and emergency response solutions. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive to help expand our customer base and strengthen our presence in the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound sales calls and conduct cold calling.
- Generate B2B and B2C leads through various channels.
- Convert leads into customers and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Communicate professionally with customers and business partners via phone and email.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Prepare sales reports and track sales performance.
- Update CRM and customer databases regularly.
- Assist with office administrative activities as required.
Eligibility
- Minimum Graduate from a recognised university.
- Freshers or candidates with up to maximum 2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing (preferably in the service industry) are welcome to apply.
- Fluency in both Hindi and English is mandatory.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented.
- Quick learner with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
