Job Description (JD) – E-commerce Executive (Myntra Listing, Cataloguing & Inventory Management)
Position: E-commerce Executive
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executive to manage product listings, cataloguing, inventory management, and day-to-day operations on Myntra. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with marketplace portals, product uploads, inventory tracking, and catalog optimization to ensure smooth business operations and maximum product visibility.
Key Responsibilities1. Product Listing & Catalog Management
- Create and manage product listings on Myntra.
- Upload new products with accurate descriptions, specifications, images, pricing, and attributes.
- Ensure catalog quality and compliance with Myntra guidelines.
- Coordinate with photography and content teams for product images and content.
- Regularly update product information, pricing, and inventory status.
- Resolve listing errors, catalog rejections, and quality issues.
2. Inventory Management
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain stock accuracy.
- Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure inventory synchronization.
- Track stock availability and prevent stock-outs or overselling.
- Generate inventory reports and recommend replenishment requirements.
- Manage inventory updates across marketplace systems.
3. Marketplace Operations
- Handle daily operations on Myntra Seller Portal.
- Coordinate order processing, fulfillment, and dispatch activities.
- Monitor product performance and marketplace health metrics.
- Ensure adherence to SLA requirements and operational standards.
- Track returns, cancellations, and customer complaints related to products.
4. Sales & Performance Monitoring
- Analyze product performance and sales trends.
- Identify opportunities to improve product visibility and conversion.
- Support promotional campaigns, discounts, and seasonal sales events.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly marketplace performance reports.
5. Coordination & Compliance
- Liaise with Myntra account managers and support teams.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with internal teams including merchandising, warehouse, accounts, and customer support.
Required Skills
- Experience in Myntra marketplace operations.
- Knowledge of product listing and catalog management.
- Strong understanding of inventory management processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).
- Good analytical and reporting skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in E-commerce Marketplace Operations.
- Experience with Myntra Seller Portal is preferred.
- Experience handling fashion/apparel categories will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
