We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Restaurant Captain to lead the service team and ensure guests receive exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate should have leadership skills, excellent communication, and a passion for hospitality.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the restaurant service team.
- Welcome and assist guests, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Take and manage guest orders efficiently.
- Ensure timely and accurate food and beverage service.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues.
- Train and guide waiters and service staff.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and management for smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Higher Secondary or Graduate.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Restaurant Captain or Senior Steward.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Good knowledge of food and beverage service.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluent in Malayalam; English,Hindi communication is preferred.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
