Job Title: HR Executive
Location: Mysore, Karnataka
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and people-oriented HR Executive to support recruitment, employee lifecycle management, attendance and payroll coordination, employee engagement initiatives, HR documentation, and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with employees across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel documentation.
- Coordinate attendance, leave management, payroll inputs, and employee data accuracy.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Support employee onboarding, induction, confirmation, and exit formalities.
- Organize employee engagement activities, training programs, and welfare initiatives.
- Handle employee queries related to attendance, leave, policies, and HR processes.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, attendance reports, and workforce analytics.
- Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower requirements and employee-related matters.
- Support performance management, employee development, and organizational initiatives.
- Ensure timely maintenance of HR documentation and statutory records.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate or Postgraduate in HR, Management, Commerce, or related disciplines.
- 2–4 years of experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, or HR Operations.
- Experience in manufacturing or engineering industries will be an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of payroll, attendance management, and employee lifecycle processes.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and email communication.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, initiative, and willingness to learn.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with HRMS, ERP, or attendance management systems.
- Exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, and HR administration.
- Knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance will be an advantage.
