We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Executive to support the organization's hiring and employee record management processes. The role involves coordinating recruitment activities, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, maintaining employee documentation, and ensuring smooth onboarding of new hires.
- Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Conduct initial HR screening interviews.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Prepare offer letters and assist in onboarding activities.
- Maintain employee files and records.
- Prepare appointment letters, joining forms, and other HR documents.
- Ensure all employee documents are complete and properly filed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
