Key Responsibilities
- Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of components and products.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Height Gauges, Bore Gauges, and Dial Indicators.
- Conduct dimensional and visual inspections as per control plans and inspection procedures.
- Identify and segregate non-conforming products.
- Maintain inspection reports and quality records.
- Verify product quality during production processes.
- Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues.
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements and quality standards.
- Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, and Quality teams to resolve quality concerns.
- Follow safety regulations and maintain 5S standards in the workplace.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of quality inspection techniques.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T basics.
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments.
- Understanding of quality control processes and documentation.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
Qualification
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 0-1 years of experience in Quality Inspection within a manufacturing environment.
Preferred Knowledge
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and quality management systems.
- Experience in automotive or precision component manufacturing.
- Understanding of SPC, 7 QC Tools, and PPAP documentation.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
