Recruitment & Staffing
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements
- Schedule interviews and manage offer letters & joining formalities
Employee Onboarding & Exit
- Handle employee joining process and orientation programs
- Maintain employee records and documentation
- Manage exit formalities, full & final settlements, and experience letters
Payroll & Attendance
- Collect attendance and leave data for payroll processing
- Ensure timely salary disbursement
- Handle PF, ESI, and other statutory deductions (if applicable) HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain HR databases, files, and employee records
- Draft HR letters: offer, appointment, confirmation, warning, etc.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Employee Relations
- Address employee grievances and concerns
- Promote positive work culture and employee engagement
- Support conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
Performance Management
- Assist in appraisal processes and performance reviews
- Track employee performance and improvement plans
Compliance & Legal
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
- Maintain compliance records and audits
Training & Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate training programs
- Maintain training records and feedback
