Experience in requirement gathering, business documentation, and preparing high-quality presentation decks for clients.

Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop process optimization and automation strategies.

Stay updated on the latest IT trends, tools, and process advancements to modernize business systems.

Hands-on experience preparing post-sales documents such as proposals, quotations, client emails, and brochures.
