Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of goods ordered and received.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors.
- Prepare, review, and process Purchase Orders (POs).
- Create POs in SAP and share them with suppliers.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with suppliers for material delivery.
- Schedule deliveries and ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
- Research and evaluate vendors based on:
- Quality
- Pricing
- Delivery timelines
- Service levels
- Ensure the quality of procured materials and resolve procurement-related issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand and fulfill their procurement requirements.
- Maintain stock records and prepare regular inventory reports in Excel.
- Manage and maintain office equipment, machinery, and related procurement requirements.
- Work efficiently with Purchase and Inventory Management Applications.
- Stay updated with purchasing technologies and support implementation where required.
- Maintain vendor and customer-related information using CRM software.
- Use CRM systems to manage relationships, track requirements, and maintain records.
- Conduct price negotiations with vendors and suppliers.
- Support Customer Loyalty Programs, Customer Journey Tracking, and CRM activities.
- Provide support for online loyalty programs and related operational activities.
- Prepare reports, analyze procurement data, and recommend improvements.
- Ensure all procurement activities are completed accurately within defined timelines.
- Handle multiple priorities and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Qualification
- Any Bachelor's Degree.
- Bachelor's in Engineering preferred.
- Candidates with IT/Networking knowledge will be preferred.
Required Skills
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Procurement/Purchase, Vendor Management, CRM, or related operations.
- Strong knowledge of SAP Purchase/Procurement modules.
- Good knowledge of Purchase & Inventory Management Applications.
- Strong MS Excel skills for maintaining stock and procurement reports.
- Good knowledge of CRM software and customer relationship management.
- Experience in Customer Loyalty Programs and Customer Journey Tracking.
- Experience supporting online loyalty programs.
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities under tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in cross-functional teams.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
