About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Executive to manage enquiries for our premium gifting and bakery business. The ideal candidate should be confident in speaking with customers, understanding their requirements, and converting enquiries into successful orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Make the first call to all leads received through Instagram, WhatsApp, website, referrals, and other marketing channels.
- Understand the customer's requirements, budget, occasion, quantity, and timelines.
- Create and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.
- Take ownership of assigned leads and convert them into confirmed orders.
- Allocate leads to other sales team members based on the project requirement and team bandwidth, while ensuring proper follow-up.
- Follow up regularly with prospective customers until the enquiry is closed.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with internal teams for samples, catalogues, and pricing.
- Coordinate with the operations and production teams to ensure smooth execution of confirmed orders.
- Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the sales process.
- Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Travel for client meetings whenever required.
Skills & Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales or customer handling.
- Good communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Understanding of wedding gifting, corporate gifting, and personal bulk gifting will be preferred.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over calls, WhatsApp, email, and in-person meetings.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software or willingness to learn.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven.
- Comfortable working during weekends and festive seasons, which are our peak business periods.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
