ey Responsibilities:1. Quality Assurance and Control:
- Develop and implement quality standards, procedures, and documentation.
- Conduct inspections, tests, and audits of raw materials, components, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Identify and address non-conformance issues in manufacturing and production.
2. Process Improvement:
- Analyze production processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that reduce defects and improve efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies like Six Sigma, Lean, or Kaizen.
3. Problem Solving:
- Investigate root causes of quality issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Track and monitor the effectiveness of implemented corrective measures.
4. Compliance and Standards:
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100, etc.), and customer requirements.
- Maintain updated knowledge of relevant laws and guidelines.
5. Documentation and Reporting:
- Prepare detailed quality reports, including metrics and analysis of performance trends.
- Maintain accurate records of quality assurance activities, audits, and compliance.
6. Customer Focus:
- Respond to customer inquiries or complaints related to quality issues.
- Ensure that delivered products meet or exceed customer expectations.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month
