Role:
We seek a Training Faculty to teach our Java Full Stack, Python Full Stack, and Software Testing programs. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise and a passion for teaching.
Location: Coimbatore (on-site)
Salary: ₹18,000–20,000/month

You will:
- Deliver Lectures & Labs: Teach core concepts and advanced topics in Java (OOP, JDBC, Servlets, JSP/Servlets, Spring Boot, Hibernate), Python (syntax, OOP, Django/Flask, REST APIs), and Software Testing (test planning, manual & automated testing, Selenium, CI tools).
- Prepare Curriculum: Develop and update course materials, slides, and real-time projects (e.g. build a CRUD web app in Java/Python; write test plans for a sample application).
- Guide Students: Mentor students on projects (e.g., full-stack web applications) and prepare them for placements and certifications. Conduct lab sessions and code reviews.
- Assess & Evaluate: Create and grade assignments, tests, and practical exercises. Track progress and give feedback to help students improve.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in IT/CS or related field (preferred).
- Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of Java (Core/Advanced, Spring/Hibernate), Python (Django/Flask, REST), front-end (HTML/CSS/JS, Angular/React basics), and software testing tools (Selenium, JUnit/TestNG, Git).
- Experience: 2+ years of teaching experience or industry experience in software development/testing. (Adjunct/freelance candidates with strong portfolios are welcome.)
- Excellent communication skills in English; comfortable teaching diverse student groups.
- Passion for mentoring and ability to simplify complex topics.
