Job Title: Telecaller – Fundraising (NGO)

Work Mode: Office-Based (Calling Role)
Location: Khanpur, New Delhi
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (09:30 AM – 05:30 PM)
Reporting To: CSR / Fundraising Manager
Compensation: Fixed Salary + Performance-Based Incentives
About the Role
To generate donations, build relationships with donors, identify funding opportunities, and support the fundraising activities of Siddhas Trust through outbound calls, follow-ups, and donor engagement.
1. Donor Outreach
- Make outbound calls to individual donors, CSR representatives, Sponsers, and corporate organizations.
- Introduce Siddhas Trust's mission, projects, and fundraising campaigns.
- Explain how donations will create social impact.
2. Lead Generation
- Identify potential donors from the provided database.
- Generate new fundraising leads through networking and referrals.
- Update and maintain donor contact information.
3. Follow-up & Relationship Management
- Conduct regular follow-up calls with prospective donors.
- Address donor queries professionally.
- Build long-term relationships with donors and supporters.
4. Fundraising Campaign Support
- Promote online and offline fundraising campaigns.
- Encourage one-time and recurring donations.
- Invite donors to NGO events, awareness drives, and CSR initiatives.
5. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain daily call records and donor interactions.
- Update CRM or Excel donor database.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
6. Coordination
- Coordinate with the fundraising and finance teams.
- Ensure donor acknowledgements and receipts are shared promptly.
- Assist in scheduling meetings between donors and senior management.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Convincing and negotiation skills.
- Customer relationship management.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM).
- Ability to work with fundraising targets.
- Positive attitude and professionalism.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, fundraising, customer service, or sales (freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
Salary & Incentives
- Fixed Salary - (15k - 20K)
- Performance Incentive - Based on fundraising targets
- Bonus - Quarterly (based on performance)
