We are looking for a compassionate, highly skilled Consultant Paediatrician to provide exceptional medical care to infants, children, and adolescents. The role focuses on delivering comprehensive clinical care, diagnosing and treating pediatric illnesses, monitoring growth and development, and offering guidance on preventive health to families.
Clinical Consultations: Conduct outpatient and inpatient evaluations for acute and chronic childhood illnesses, infections, and injuries.
Growth & Development Monitoring: Assess and track physical, mental, and behavioral milestones in children from birth through adolescence.
Immunization & Preventive Care: Manage and administer standard vaccination schedules, and counsel parents on nutrition, hygiene, and disease prevention.
Emergency & Critical Care: Diagnose and manage pediatric emergencies; coordinate care with the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) or Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) teams when required.
Newborn Care: Conduct routine post-delivery newborn examinations, screening for congenital conditions, and provide crucial guidance on breastfeeding and early infant care.
Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Partner with pediatric nurses, therapists, and surgical specialists to ensure comprehensive patient recovery and long-term well-being.
Education: MBBS with a postgraduate degree/diploma (MD / DNB / DCH) in Paediatrics from a recognized medical council.
Experience: Open to both fresh postgraduates and experienced consultants.
Skills: Exceptional diagnostic acumen, high emotional intelligence, patience, and a comforting demeanor with young children and anxious parents.
Licensure: Valid registration with the National Medical Commission (NMC) or State Medical Council.
