Job Description:
This role involves overseeing the seamless setup and execution of campaigns, ensuring alignment with deadlines and client requirements. Responsibilities include reviewing campaign briefs and platforms to identify discrepancies, managing large data sets to support campaign accuracy, and coordinating client-driven changes across departments. The role also involves maintaining compliance records and addressing ad-hoc tasks to enhance operational efficiency.
- Manage campaign launches and setups in internal systems, ensuring timely execution and accuracy.
- Maintain daily dashboards, planning and tracking each campaign to meet deadlines.
- Review campaign briefs, assessing potential reach and volume projections based on specifications.
- Monitor campaign pacing and ensure adherence to targets.
- Validate and implement client-driven modifications, coordinating with departments to support smooth updates.
- Troubleshoot campaigns with hard deadlines, proposing practical solutions for timely completion.
- Respond quickly to ad-hoc tasks and proactively highlight potential issues, offering solutions to ensure campaign success.
Experience Required:
- Industry: 2+ years
- Relevant: 6+ months in campaign management or related fields
Skills:
Strong attention to detail
Excel and data handling proficiency
Ability to manage deadlines
