RIDGE School, Kurnool, is seeking a dynamic and passionate TGT Physics Teacher to inspire students with a deeper understanding of the physical world. The ideal candidate will foster scientific inquiry, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills while making Physics engaging, relevant, and accessible for middle and secondary school learners.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver effective Physics lessons aligned with the curriculum and academic standards.
- Explain scientific principles through practical demonstrations, experiments, simulations, and real-world applications.
- Encourage students to develop critical thinking, analytical reasoning, and scientific temper.
- Design and administer assessments to monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and well-equipped Physics laboratory, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
- Integrate technology and innovative teaching strategies to enhance learning outcomes.
- Support students in projects, science exhibitions, Olympiads, and other academic competitions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary learning opportunities.
- Participate actively in school events, parent interactions, professional development programs, and academic initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and academic progress.
Qualifications & Experience
- Master's Degree in Physics (M.Sc. Physics) with B.Ed. mandatory.
- Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience, preferably in middle or secondary school.
- Strong subject expertise in Physics and related scientific concepts.
- Experience in conducting laboratory experiments and practical sessions.
- Excellent communication, classroom management, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in integrating technology and digital tools into teaching and learning.
