Key Responsibilities
1 Corporate Tie-ups & Business Development
· Identify, approach, and onboard new corporates, SMEs, and institutional clients for healthcare partnerships
· Develop and execute strategies to drive corporate business and patient inflow · Generate leads through field visits, networking, references, and industry connects
· Pitch hospital services, wellness packages, and preventive healthcare programs to corporates
· Build a strong pipeline of prospective clients and ensure timely conversion into business
· Explore new avenues such as industrial clusters, IT parks, and business hubs for tie-ups
2 Relationship Management & Account Growth
· Build and maintain strong relationships with HR Heads, Admin Managers, and key decision-makers · Act as a single point of contact for all corporate clients and ensure prompt issue resolution
· Manage and grow existing accounts to ensure repeat business and long term engagement
· Regularly meet clients to understand evolving needs and offer customized healthcare solutions
· Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and service experience
· Strengthen referral networks through continuous engagement and follow ups
3 Empanelment, Insurance & Internal Coordination
· Handle end-to-end empanelment with insurance companies and TPAs
· Manage documentation, commercial discussions, and agreement finalization
· Liaise with insurance coordinators and billing teams for smooth claim processing
· Ensure seamless coordination with operations, medical, and front office teams
· Address and resolve issues related to patient services, billing, and insurance queries
· Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements
4 Strategy, Market Expansion & Performance Management
· Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities
· Plan and execute health camps, corporate wellness programs, and engagement initiatives
· Monitor territory performance and drive expansion of corporate and referral base
· Maintain MIS, track revenue, and ensure achievement of monthly and annual targets
· Prepare reports, forecasts, and business plans for management review
· Represent the organization in corporate meetings, industry events, and networking forums
Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,200,000.00 per year
