Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Assist in onboarding and documentation of new employees.
- Prepare offer letters and other HR-related documents.
- Update employee records and HR reports.
- Support employee engagement activities and events.
- Perform other HR administrative tasks as assigned.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹9,000.00 per month
