Job Description:
Position: Business Development Associate
Location: In Retail outlets or corporate headquarter
Responsibilities:
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential areas for expansion and growth opportunities within the residential electronics sector. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to inform strategic decision-making.
- Identify Prospects: Identify and prospect potential business partners, including suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, and other strategic stakeholders. Cultivate relationships with key industry players to explore collaboration opportunities and expand Foniton's network.
- Partnership Development: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential business partners. Negotiate terms and agreements to secure favorable partnerships that align with Foniton's goals and objectives. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. Identify new sales opportunities, develop sales pitches, and present compelling value propositions to prospective clients. Work closely with the sales team to support their efforts and provide ongoing sales training and support.
- Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and branding initiatives that align with business development goals. Provide input and feedback on marketing materials, advertisements, and messaging to ensure consistency and effectiveness in driving customer engagement and sales.
- Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance metrics related to business development activities, including sales pipeline, conversion rates, and ROI. Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate progress, insights, and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably within the retail or consumer electronics industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data to drive strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Highly motivated self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to take initiative.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
