Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about nutraceutical products, including benefits, usage, dosage, and precautions.
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, returns, and refunds.
- Resolve complaints efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with logistics, sales, and quality teams to address customer issues.
- Educate customers on product offerings and promote cross-selling/upselling where appropriate.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines related to nutraceutical products.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights for product/service improvement.
