Responsibilities:
· Achieve territory sales, revenue, profitability, and market share targets.
· Build Flexco's brand presence and generate demand across key market segments.
· Develop strong relationships with customers, OEMs, consultants, EPC contractors, and channel partners.
· Identify and convert new business opportunities while growing existing accounts.
· Deliver product presentations, technical demonstrations, and business proposals to key decision-makers.
· Lead, coach, and develop team members to achieve business objectives.
· Manage distributors and channel partners to expand market coverage and drive growth.
· Monitor sales pipeline, maintain CRM records, prepare forecasts, and provide business insights through market and competitor analysis.
· Analyze market trends, customer needs, competitor activities, opportunities, and risks to drive business growth.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve business objectives.
· Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and ethical business practices.
Education Requirements
· Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Mining, Production, or related discipline) preferred.
· Degree or Diploma in Engineering with relevant industry experience may be considered.
· MBA in Marketing or Sales Management is an added advantage.
Experience Requirements
· Minimum 5-8 years of sales experience in industrial products, belt conveyor systems, mining, material handling, manufacturing, bulk material handling, cement, Steel, airports, logistics, food or pharma industry or related industries.
· Proven experience in managing distributors, channel partners, and direct customer relationships.
· Experience in territory management, business development, and achieving sales targets.
· Strong exposure to technical selling and solution-based sales approaches.
· Experience working with OEMs, EPC contractors, mining companies, cement plants, ports, power plants, steel plants, or related industries is preferred.
Physical Requirements
· Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
· Ability to climb stairs and move around industrial environments for extended periods.
Pay: ₹850,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
