Webenor Technologies is a growing digital agency based in Delhi, focused on web development, performance marketing, and digital branding for NGOs, startups, and SMEs. We are looking for a self-motivated Social Media Executive who understands how to create engaging content and manage brand visibility on platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily posting on social platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
- Plan and schedule content in advance with a consistent brand tone
- Coordinate with the design team or use Canva to create basic creatives
- Write engaging captions, hashtags, and social copy
- Monitor post performance and suggest ways to improve engagement
- Respond to comments, basic queries, and DMs on time
- Stay updated with platform trends and best practices
- Assist in social media planning and reporting
Requirements:
- Must have completed the Digital-Marketing Course.
- Should complete the 6 months internship.
- Knowledge of Canva and reel formats
- Basic understanding of what works on Instagram and LinkedIn for business pages
- Good written communication in English and Hindi
- Ability to take ownership of task execution and meet deadlines
Preferred (Not Mandatory):
- Ability to create reels or short videos using phone or editing tools
- Knowledge of post insights, reach, and engagement metrics
