We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to handle international customer support for our growing eCommerce clothing brand. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and experience in handling customer queries through calls, chat, and email.
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills
- Experience in customer support, chat, email, or call handling
- International process or phone sales experience preferred
- Ability to handle returns, refunds, and customer complaints
- Basic knowledge of Shopify, CRM, or eCommerce support
- Good typing speed and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable with night shifts-US shift
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via calls, chat, and email
- Resolve customer issues professionally
- Follow up on orders, refunds, and support tickets
- Maintain high customer satisfaction
- Work From Office role in Mohali
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
