Job Description
Join Superblock, an AI-powered SaaS platform by Hexcode Think Pvt. Ltd., as a Data Analyst Intern and gain hands-on experience analyzing business data, creating dashboards, and generating insights that drive strategic decisions. You'll work on real-world datasets across sales, marketing, and business operations while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources.
- Analyze business, sales, and marketing data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Create reports and dashboards using Excel and Google Sheets.
- Track and monitor key business KPIs.
- Support market research and competitor analysis.
- Assist in lead analysis, segmentation, and performance reporting.
- Generate actionable insights to improve business performance.
- Collaborate with the Founder's Office, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure data quality.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Basic understanding of data analysis concepts.
- Familiarity with charts, Pivot Tables, and reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Compensation & Career Opportunity
This is a 2-month internship focused on hands-on training and practical experience with real-world data analysis projects.
Upon successful completion of the internship, high-performing candidates may be considered for a full-time position with Hexcode Think Pvt. Ltd., based on performance and business requirements.
Potential full-time salary after successful internship completion: From ₹10,000 per month.
