Job Title: Career Services Executive – International Voice Process (Outbound Sales)

About the Role
We are looking for an energetic, target-driven Career Services Executive with exceptional English communication skills to connect with job seekers and professionals through outbound calls. You'll understand candidates' career goals, explain our career services, and convert qualified leads into customers. This role demands a confident, articulate communicator who can build rapport quickly and handle conversations with international clients seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to job seekers and working professionals from assigned leads.
- Understand candidates' career goals, experience, preferred location, industry, and job requirements.
- Explain career services such as job assistance, resume optimization, LinkedIn profile enhancement, interview preparation, and profile promotion.
- Identify genuine requirements and recommend suitable career solutions.
- Follow up consistently with interested candidates and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Handle objections professionally and negotiate within approved pricing and offers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling, conversion, and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate lead and customer information in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with resume, LinkedIn, and career-services teams for smooth customer onboarding.
- Maintain professional communication and deliver a positive customer experience.
Requirements
- Extraordinary English speaking skills — fluent, articulate, and neutral/international accent required.
- Prior experience in an International BPO (voice process) is mandatory.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
- Target-driven mindset with a proven record of meeting conversion goals.
- Confident phone presence with excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in shifts aligned with international time zones.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and outbound calling processes.
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
