I Support Foundation (ISF) is a leading autism intervention center providing multidisciplinary therapy services including Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Special Education, and ABA-based interventions. We are expanding our branch in North Bangalore and are looking for a passionate and dedicated Speech Therapist to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed speech and language assessments for children with autism and developmental delays
- Plan and implement individualized speech therapy programs (IEPs)
- Work on communication skills, articulation, language development, social communication, and feeding therapy
- Maintain session records, progress notes, and therapy reports
- Collaborate with special educators, occupational therapists, and psychologists
- Conduct parent counseling and guide caregivers on home programs
- Participate in team meetings, case discussions, and goal planning
- Design and conduct group communication sessions
- Monitor progress and modify therapy plans as required
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Speech & Hearing (BASLP / MASLP)
- RCI Certification is mandatory
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in pediatric speech therapy preferred
- Freshers with strong clinical exposure in autism are also welcome

Pay: ₹52,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
