The Multimedia & Animation Trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging theoretical and practical training sessions in multimedia, animation, and digital content creation. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching while staying updated with the latest industry trends and AI-powered creative technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and hands-on training in multimedia, graphic design, animation, and video production.
- Develop and update course content, lesson plans, assignments, and practical projects.
- Train students in industry-standard software and creative workflows.
- Conduct assessments, evaluate student performance, and provide constructive feedback.
- Mentor students in portfolio development and career readiness.
- Guide students on real-world projects and creative problem-solving techniques.
- Stay updated with emerging design trends, animation techniques, and AI tools.
- Organize workshops, seminars, and creative activities to enhance student learning.
- Maintain student attendance, progress reports, and training documentation.
- Collaborate with the academic team to improve curriculum quality and training outcomes.

Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in Multimedia, Animation, Graphic Design, Video Editing, or a related creative field.
- Prior teaching or training experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Freshers with exceptional technical skills and strong communication abilities are encouraged to apply.
