About MySamriddhi
MySamriddhi is a systematic, multi-strategy wealth compounding engine — built on an integrated architecture where options alpha, equity accumulation, and margin recycling work as one closed loop, entirely within the client's own demat account. We are in process of getting SEBI regulatory approvals, and we're building a wealth advisory function that matches the rigour of our systematic architecture.
We are building our institutional client pipeline — family offices, corporate treasuries, endowments, trusts, NBFCs, and select HNI investment committees. We are looking for an Institutional Sales professional who can open doors, navigate multi-stakeholder deal cycles, and close mandates independently.
This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role reporting directly to the Founder. You will own the full cycle from prospecting to close and be the primary face of MySamriddhi in the institutional market.
Key Responsibilities
1. Institutional Pipeline Development
- Identify and prospect HNIs/ UHNIs, family offices, MFOs, corporate treasury teams, endowments, foundations, NBFCs, and wealth platforms as potential channel or direct clients.
2. Deal Origination & Mandate Closing
- Conduct structured investment presentations to investment committees, CIOs, CFOs, and trustees — leading with governance, architecture, and then performance, per institutional messaging guidelines.
- Prepare or co-create pitch materials including strategy decks, performance tearsheets, due diligence packs, and compliance documents.
- Drive the full deal cycle: first meeting → IPS alignment → due diligence → agreement execution → onboarding.
- Handle institutional objections on risk, regulatory standing, liquidity, and track record with accuracy and confidence.
3. Client Relationship Management
- Maintain ongoing relationships with committed institutional clients — coordinate quarterly reviews, performance updates, and governance reporting.
- Act as the internal voice of institutional clients — relay feedback on reporting quality, product gaps, or service improvements to the founding team.
- Identify up-sell and referral opportunities within the existing institutional book.
4. Channel & Platform Engagement
- Build and manage relationships with registered IFAs, MFD platforms, family office networks, and wealth distributors who can introduce MySamriddhi to their institutional client base.
- Coordinate with platform compliance teams on empanelment and distribution agreements..
- Develop and maintain a structured CRM pipeline with accurate deal stages, contact maps, and next steps.
- Attend and represent MySamriddhi at industry events, AIF/PMS conferences, and wealth management forums.
Non-Negotiable:
- NISM Series XV — Research Analyst certificate (active and valid).
- 3 to 8 years of direct experience in institutional or B2B sales of wealth products — AIF, PMS, hedge funds, structured products, or similar.
- Demonstrated experience presenting to and closing with institutional decision-makers: investment committees, CIOs, CFOs, family office principals, or treasury heads.
- Deep working knowledge of the Indian alternative investments landscape — AIF categories, PMS structure, regulatory overlays (SEBI, RBI, IRDAI, PFRDA).
- Ability to read, interpret, and discuss PPMs, IPS documents, due diligence questionnaires, and fund performance reports with institutional counterparts.
Strongly Preferred:
- Prior experience at an AIF, PMS provider, wealth management firm, or distribution platform handling institutional accounts.
- Existing relationships with family offices, MFOs, corporate treasury teams, or wealth platform gatekeepers.
- Familiarity with systematic or quantitative investment strategies — ability to explain algorithmic execution, alpha attribution, and risk controls to a non-technical audience.
- Understanding of demat-based portfolio structures, pledge mechanics, and margin utilisation — relevant to our custody model.
