Key Responsibilities:
1,Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests through phone, email, or system portals.
2,Coordinate with technicians or service teams to schedule installations, repairs, or maintenance visits.
3,Track and follow up on open service requests to ensure timely resolution.
4,Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service reports, and order details in the system.
5,Communicate updates to customers regarding service status, delays, or resolutions.
6,Support the team in managing service schedules and prioritizing urgent cases.
7,Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing professional and timely support.
