About the Role
DVAM Properties is looking for an energetic and confident real estate telecaller to connect with potential customers, explain property offerings, and schedule site visits for our sales team.
Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with leads generated from digital marketing campaigns.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant property information.
- Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
- Minimum 1 year of telecalling, customer service, or real estate experience preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills.
- Positive attitude and strong convincing ability.
