The Role
As Executive – Networking & Partnerships, you will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with:
- Startup incubation centres
- Accelerators
- Founder communities
- Business associations
- Colleges and entrepreneurship cells
- Coworking spaces
- Industry associations
- Startup and business event organizers
The primary objective is to create opportunities for Admonk Academy workshops, masterclasses and events, which can subsequently generate qualified leads and registrations for our paid programs.
This is not primarily an event-management role.
It is a business networking + partnership development + lead-generation role, where events and workshops become the gateway to building relationships and acquiring Academy participants.
Key Responsibilities1. Build the Partnership Network
- Research and identify relevant incubation centres, startup communities, associations and business networks.
- Build and maintain a structured database of potential partners.
- Identify the right decision-makers and initiate conversations.
- Develop long-term relationships with ecosystem partners.
2. Outreach & Networking
- Reach out through phone calls, email, LinkedIn and in-person networking.
- Introduce Admonk Academy and its workshop offerings to potential partners.
- Schedule meetings with incubator heads, community managers, association leaders and other decision-makers.
- Attend relevant networking and business events to represent Admonk Academy.
3. Develop Event & Workshop Opportunities
- Identify opportunities to conduct founder workshops, marketing masterclasses and awareness sessions.
- Coordinate with partner organizations to finalize topics, dates and formats.
- Maintain a pipeline of upcoming partnership and event opportunities.
- Convert one-time events into recurring partnerships wherever possible.
4. Event Coordination
Coordinate the complete event process:
Partner → Topic → Date → Registration → Promotion → Event → Attendance → Follow-up
- Coordinate with the partner organization.
- Manage registrations and participant information.
- Coordinate event logistics and communication.
- Ensure maximum participation.
- Work closely with the Admonk Academy team and trainers.
5. Lead Generation & Follow-up
Every event should create a measurable business opportunity.
- Capture attendee and lead information.
- Identify participants interested in Admonk Academy programs.
- Coordinate timely follow-up with prospects.
- Maintain the lead pipeline and update CRM/lead sheets.
- Track enquiries, counselling conversations and registrations generated from each event.
6. Partnership Performance Tracking
Maintain a monthly dashboard covering:
- Organizations contacted
- Conversations initiated
- Meetings scheduled
- New partnerships
- Events scheduled
- Registrations generated
- Qualified leads
- Academy enrolments generated
The focus should always be on quality of partnerships and business outcomes, not simply the number of events conducted.
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who is:
- Highly energetic and comfortable speaking to new people.
- Confident making phone calls and initiating conversations.
- Comfortable meeting business owners, founders and senior professionals.
- Good at relationship building and follow-up.
- Interested in startups, business, marketing and entrepreneurship.
- Comfortable using LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Google Sheets and basic CRM tools.
- Organized and capable of managing multiple conversations simultaneously.
- Willing to travel locally for meetings and networking events.
- Target-oriented and motivated by measurable outcomes.
Preferred Background
Candidates with experience in any of the following areas will be preferred:
- Business development
- Sales
- B2B partnerships
- Event coordination
- Community management
- Startup ecosystem
- Education/training sales
- Telecalling / inside sales
- College or corporate event coordination
Freshers with exceptional communication, confidence and networking ability may also be considered.
Pay: ₹10,028.69 - ₹20,000.00 per month
